Annual Greentech Environment Excellence Awards were peresented
on 6th November 2004 at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. Honourable
Shri Rakesh Nath, Chairman of Bhakra Beas Management Board graced
the occasion as Chief Guest. He said on the occasion that NGOs
like Greentech Foundation is doing a wonderful job by conducting
these Awards as Safety and Environment by boosting company's
morale, and most importantly Indian industry has also made consistent
efforts to catch up with the standards.
Tata Power Company Ltd.(Jamshedpur Division),
Reliance Industries Limited (Refinery Division), Shriram Alkali
and Chemicals (Chemical
Division) and Tata Chemicals Ltd. (Fertilizer Works, Babrala)
are the names who
received 5th Greentech Excellence Environment Platinum Award.
